Pawden ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Singapore.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

United States: FREE Standard Shipping - 3 to 5 business days

United Kingdom, Canada and Australia: FREE Standard Shipping - 8 to 14 business days

Singapore: Standard $6 (FREE on orders over $110) - 3 to 5 business days; Express $15 - 1 to 2 business days

 

All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. Occasional carrier delays or peak-season volumes may add a few days.

 

TRACKING

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate right away.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by your local customs authority. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
